Gemma at reception was super friendly! I thought the breakfast was lovely with a chef making awesome omelettes. The steak frites in the restaurant tasted delicious. The location was amazing, near the center and pier.
The car park was sometimes full, so finding a space proved a bit tricky.

The room was spacious and super clean, I found everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very efficient. I had a reserved car parking space because I have a blue badge.
The bar server was impolite, not professional and the dinner took an hour to arrive. The restaurant manager was not nice.

The breakfast buffet offers a happy variety of options. Staff were happy to assist with all requests. It made dining simple. The restaurant looked to be in a LOVELY position.

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I found the sea view from my room amazing!!! The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and the hotel's close proximity to the beach.
The gym was closed for maintenance, which I found slightly inconvenient.
